DS60 precision digital measuring instrument that is a kind of force value (Torque) instrument

with high precision and high reliability. After years of development, many types of instruments

can use for precision measurement of force value, Adjustment and testing of sensors, performance

testing of material, measurement of Stress-strain, measurement of transient peak value etc.

Main feature

l Synchronization digital ratio A/D conversion technology provide ultra-high resolution ratio and accuracy, display indexing is between of 100 thousands to 500

thousands mV/V, resolution ratio of signal is 0.01 μV/V。 A/D conversion rate is 50-100 times per second. Accuracy <0.005%FS ( repeatability and linearity).

l Synchronous digital ratio technology, for the bridge voltage of sensors and output signal process

A/D conversion via standard voltage source at the same time. Adopting digital method to

abtain measurements data, thus substantially reducing the instrument's drift

l The range of input signal can be selected via program, applied to the Various types of strain sensor

which output sensitivity will be 1mV/V, 2mV/V, 3mV/V, 4mV/V. measurement range of signal and

input polarity can be set by software for each data channel in instruments.

l Separate ground wire and symmetrical bridge circuit, that configuration greatly improved

security for instrument and sensors in the state of surge current and lightning strike.

l Ultra-wide adjustment range for zero-bit, the adjustment range can be set -150%-150%, especially for small dynamic load measurement in large static loads.

l Unique signal slope control technology, effectively suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI)

l 7 linearity correction capabilities, improve the system of measurement accuracy.

l That can be stored and called calibration data form 9 different range sensors.

l Two ways for calibration including Sensor zero calibration, the system loading calibration,

sensitivity, input calibration

l High-precision data recovery and transplantation, when needed that can be restored or will be

moved calibration data to another instrument (That if they inadvertently keep the calibration

data will be required to remove or instrument failure), So as to avoid re-calibration.

l Multiunit conversion, including N (Newton), kgf (kilograms force), and bf (pounds force),

and the sensitivity of measured value (mV / V) for sensor’s output signal.

l Fast peak measurement and retention, the hold time of peak value can be set by software.

l Independent hardware detection circuit, that can be fully guarantee the reliable work of instrument.
